10 - Shih Tzu
The Shih Tzu is a small dog with a short muzzle and long, silky hair. It is thought to have originated in Tibet, and grew in popularity in China. They only weight 10-15 lbs. at full grown size, making them the second most common toy dog breed in America, behind only the Yorkshire Terrier.
